Features:
Dis presses the reinforced polypropylene into chamber plate featuring high intensity, light weight, anticorrosion, acid and alkaline resistant, poisonless and smelless;
The operation of pulling and pushing the filter plate is conducted by the automatic pulling plate which is motor driven, the pulling plate is located under the machine and thus less area is required. It is compact and less maintenance is required;
The supporter is of welded steel structure with high strength for stress caused by cake weight and high pressure;
The filter plate is tightened or loosened by a hydraulic device; The maximum tightening pressure is 29MPa. The pressure can be automatically maintained;
The beam is connected to the thrust plate by hinge. It can freely moved to ensure sealing;
The liquid comes out in the double outlets with more flow in the much free channels;
The double feeding inlets result in evenly-filtering and drier cake;
Maximum filtering pressure to be 1.0 MPa is the best condition for cake formings;
