In March, 1983, engineer Zhu Xingyuan established the Hangzhou Liangzhu Filter Press Factory.
In July,1992, Hangzhou Xingyuan Filter Technology Co.,ltd. was established with a co-investment of 500,000 US dollars from Taiwanese businesswoman Zhuyuan Shuhua and Hangzhou Liangzhu Filter Press Factory. The newly established company was a specialized manufacturer of filtration and separation equipments.
In Feb.,1999, Hangzhou Xingyuan Filter Technology Co.,ltd. invested 3.4 million RMB and established Hanzhou Xingyuan Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. engaged in environmental protection.
In Sept.2002, Hanzhou Xingyuan Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. was restructured into Zhejiang Xingyuan Filter Press Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 10 million RMB.
In Oct. 2004, with the huge investment from Mr. Mo Quanqiao and Mr. Chou Liwu, the assets reorganization of the company was finished.
In July, 2006, Xingyuan Filter Press Co.,Ltd. expended the scale of production with the merger and acquisition of Zhejiang Chongyi Space Structure Co.,Ltd.

In Aug, 2006, Xingyuan Filter Press Co.,Ltd. was undergoing the process of transition from limited liability to collectivization with the registered capital of 33.45 million RMB and the total assets of 1.6 billion RMB.
